Ahlan — guest WiFi by The WiFi Guys
Your guests get free WiFi.
You get their details.
Every guest who joins your WiFi leaves a name and a confirmed email address behind. Over a season that is a marketing list you own — not a platform's, not an aggregator's. And it runs on the access points you already have.
AED 2,099 to install, then AED 629 a year. No monthly subscription.
Welcome to Sidra Coffee House
Free WiFi — just tell us who you are
Your logo, your name, your colours.
What your guest actually does
No password to ask for, no card to hand over, no app to download.
They tap your WiFi
Your network name appears with no password. Their phone opens your portal by itself — they do not have to find it.
Name and email
One screen with your logo on it. They are online the moment they submit, on a short pass.
They confirm
A confirmation email arrives in seconds — they already have internet, so it reaches them. Tapping the link gives them the full session.
Next time, nothing
Their device is remembered. They sit down and they are online, and you get a repeat-visit count.
Why the email has to be confirmed
Anyone can type a@a.com to get past a form. Only guests who tapped the link in their inbox are counted as confirmed, and only confirmed guests appear in your export — so the list you download is a list that reaches people. Unconfirmed visits are still counted for your footfall figures; they just never end up in a mailshot.
What you see
Your own login, on the same dashboard as the rest of your account.
Day, week or month
Guests today, this week, this month — and the same figures for the period before, so you can tell a good week from a normal one.
New against returning
The number most owners care about. A rising share of returning devices means people are coming back.
Your busiest times
Which days and which hours actually fill the room, from devices rather than guesswork.
Your customer list
Every confirmed name and email, exported to CSV whenever you want it. It is your data.
Your branding
Upload your logo and write your own welcome line. Optionally send guests to your Instagram after they connect.
Speed limits
Set an upload and download ceiling per guest. Change it at lunchtime without disconnecting anyone.
Would you rather just look at it?
The four screens your guest sees, and the dashboard you log into.
Your till never goes through our box
Guest WiFi is a separate network hanging off one spare port on your router. Your card machine, your staff devices and your own internet do not pass through our equipment at any point.
Unplug our box in the middle of service and the only thing that stops is guest WiFi. That is a design decision, and it is the reason we will never put your existing access points behind it.
Keep the access points you own
We are not a hardware brand and we are not reselling one. If you already have business access points, your guest network becomes a separate VLAN on the equipment that is already mounted and already covering the room.
If you have an ISP router and a basic access point, we bring one of our own on its own cable — and yours stays exactly where it is, doing exactly what it does now.
Where this is worth having
Guest WiFi earns its keep where people sit for a while. UAE data plans are good and most residents do not go looking for WiFi over a quick coffee — but give someone an hour and they will connect.
So it works best in sheesha lounges, salons, clinic and service waiting rooms, and anywhere serving visitors on international roaming — the one group still actively hunting for a network. If your customers are in and out in ten minutes, tell us and we will say so rather than sell you a box.
What it costs
To install
AED 2,099
One-off — hardware, cabling and the visit
Then every year
AED 629
One invoice a year — no card kept on file
What that includes
Both figures include 5% VAT. Larger venues needing several access points are quoted on the day.
Questions owners actually ask
Do I need to replace my access points?
No. If you have business access points already, your guest network becomes a separate VLAN on them. If you have an ISP router and a basic access point, we add one of our own on its own cable. Your equipment stays where it is either way.
If your box fails, does my card machine stop?
No. Your till and staff devices never pass through our box. Unplug it mid-service and the only thing that stops is guest WiFi.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. One installation fee, then one invoice a year. The annual fee covers the portal, the confirmation emails, security updates and support — the things that carry on costing us after install day.
Can guests use all my bandwidth?
Not unless you let them. You set an upload and download ceiling per guest from your dashboard and the box holds them to it. Changing it does not disconnect anyone already online.
Whose customer list is it?
Yours. Export it to CSV whenever you like. Only guests who confirmed their address are included, because an unconfirmed address is not worth mailing.
Can guests log in with Instagram or Facebook?
No, and nor can anyone else. Instagram closed the API that allowed it in December 2024 and Facebook WiFi was discontinued in 2023. Anybody still advertising it has not updated their page. We can send guests to your Instagram after they connect, which is the part that still works.
Tell us about your venue
How many seats, roughly how long people stay, and what WiFi you have now. We will come back with a straight answer — including if we think it is not worth it for you.
Your regulars are already sitting there.
